OEM sportswear production at DEGA Sportswear takes 6 to 12 weeks from approved sample to dispatch. Full custom OEM runs 6 to 10 weeks after the pre-production sample is signed off, while ODM co-development — where our design team works with you from concept — runs 8 to 12 weeks. Sampling itself takes 7 to 14 working days, and new fabric development about 2 to 3 weeks. Stock programs ship much faster, in 5 to 10 days after payment, and private label orders run 3 to 5 weeks. During peak season from September to December, add 1 to 2 weeks. Expedited service can compress the cycle to roughly 70% of standard lead time for a 10 to 15% rush fee.
